Young man killed in autorickshaw-motorcycle collision in Bogra

Milon Das, 30, was killed in a motorcycle collision with a CNG-powered autorickshaw in Bogra. A young man named Robin (28) was seriously injured at the time.

The accident took place at around 4pm on Friday, May 14 on the Bogra-Rangpur highway in the Barpur SOS Shishu Palli area.

Milon Das is the son of Shri Sakha Das of Old Bogra Hindu Para in Ward 14 of Bogra Municipality.

He is a CNG driven autorickshaw driver by profession.

It is learned that Milon Das was going out of the house with his friend Robin on a motorcycle to Mahasthan.

A CNG-powered autorickshaw collided head-on with a speeding motorcycle in Barpur area.

Milon Das fell from the motorcycle and died on the spot. Robin was rescued and admitted to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.

Rafiqul Islam, a councilor of Ward number 14 of Bogra Municipality, told that the body was handed over to the family with the permission of the police after the accident.
