Court ordered cricketer Nasir to appear on October 31

Court ordered cricketer Nasir
Cricketer Nasir Hossain, his wife Tamima Sultana Tammi, and her mother Sumi Akhter have been ordered to appear the court on October 31.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Jasim passed the order on Thursday.

Earlier, the Bureau of Investigation (PBI) Police Inspector Sheikh Mizanur Rahman submitted the investigation report to the court. It said that the marriage of Nasir and Tamima Sultana Tammi was illegal. The report also alleges against Tamima's mother Sumi Akter.

On February 24 this year Tamima's husband Rakib Hasan has filed a case against cricketer Nasir Hossain on charges of seducing his wife. The court took cognizance of the case and handed over the investigation to the PBI.

The report further states that the divorce documents of Tamima and Rakib were forged. Tamima married Nasir before the divorce.
