Another 9,090 people have died in the last 24 hours from the deadly coronavirus. Besides, three lakh 25 thousand 958 people have been newly infected. And four lakh 536 people have recovered.

The data came from the international statistics website WorldoMeters on Monday, June 14 at 8:30 am.

According to the WorldoMeters, a total of 17 crore 67 lakh 13 thousand 470 people have been infected with coronavirus worldwide so far. Of these, 38 lakh 19 thousand 300 people died. And so far 16 crore seven lakh 48 thousand 69 people have recovered from Corona.

The United States is still at the top of the list of countries affected by the Corona in the world. So far, 3 crore 43 lakh 21 thousand 158 people have been identified as infected by corona in the country. Of these, six lakh 15 thousand 53 people died. And two crore 84 lakh 132 people have recovered.

India is in the second place in the list. The corona of 2 crore 95 lakh seven thousand 438 people has been identified in the country so far. Three lakh 74 thousand 287 people have died. And two crore 81 lakh 48 thousand 977 people have recovered.

Brazil is in the third place. So far, the corona of one crore 74 lakh 13 thousand 996 people has been identified in the country. Four lakh 87 thousand 476 people have died. And one crore 57 lakh 94 thousand 548 people have recovered.

France is fourth, Turkey is fifth, Russia is sixth, the United Kingdom is seventh, Italy is eighth, Argentina is ninth and Colombia is tenth.

Bangladesh now ranks 32nd in the list of infections and deaths. So far, 8 lakh 26 thousand 922 corona patients have been identified in the country. Of these, 13,118 died. And seven lakh 66 thousand 266 people have become healthy.

The first coronavirus was detected in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. The first patient in the country died of corona on January 9, 2020. On January 13 of that year, the first corona patient was identified outside of China in Thailand. Later it gradually spread to different countries.

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global health emergency on January 30, 2020 in the wake of the corona outbreak. Then, on February 2, the first death of a patient in Corona outside China took place in the Philippines. On March 11 of the same year, the World Health Organization declared Corona a global epidemic.

Although coronavirus initially caused widespread deaths in Europe and later in the United States, the epidemic is now largely under control in those countries. However, the death toll in Corona continues to rise in several South Asian countries, including India.
