Four Rohingyas detained with firearms in Bandarban

RAB has arrested four Rohingyas in a raid in the deep forest of Naikhyangchhari in Bandarban. The RAB is claiming that eight domestic and foreign weapons were seized from them at that time.

On Friday morning, RAB launched an operation after finding out the location of the Rohingyas in the deep forest of Tumbrur in Ghum Ghum of the Upazila.

At this time they were detained. At the same time, RAB claimed that eight weapons were recovered from the ground.

The RAB could not immediately reveal the names of the detainees.

Cox's Bazar RAB-15 deputy commander Tanvir Hasan said the operation was carried out after finding out the whereabouts of the terrorists.

During the operation, four Rohingyas were detained and two foreign pistols, six local weapons, and ammunition were recovered. He said legal action was being taken.
