The Prime Minister said, “We are warning everyone again. Another cyclone is coming. It is just being made, how much will go… now we know in advance because of modern technology. And we have begun to take precautionary measures in that regard. Inshallah we will be able to reduce this risk. ”

Apart from 100 cyclone shelters, 30 flood shelters, 30 district relief warehouses-cum-disaster management information centers and 5 Mujib forts were inaugurated and the foundation stone of 50 Mujib forts was laid on the occasion.

Calling on all to be aware and vigilant to reduce the risk of any disaster, Sheikh Hasina said, "Stay at home at this time, stay healthy."

The Prime Minister also called upon the people to adhere to hygiene norms to prevent coronavirus infection and highlighted various initiatives taken by the government to deal with natural calamities.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, "Whenever the Awami League came to power, it worked for the welfare of the people. Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman transformed a war-torn country into a least developed country in just three and a half years. And the country is moving forward on the path of prosperity with the help of the present government."
