Coronavirus has killed 30 more people in the country in the last 24 hours. During this time 1 thousand 272 new patients have been identified.

This information is given in the regular notification of the health department on Tuesday, May 18.

According to the notification, 16,855 samples have been tested and corona of 1,272 people have been identified in the last 24 hours. The detection rate is 7.55 percent. So far, a total of 7 lakh 82 thousand 129 people have been diagnosed with corona infection in the country.

The total number of deaths of 30 people during this period stood at 12,211.

The second wave of Corona started in March this year. This time the infection is more intense than the first wave. The number of patients undergoing treatment in the country was declining as they were healthier than identified for several months. But since March, the number of patients undergoing treatment has also started rising again.
