For the second time, Impeachment of outgoing President Donald Trump in the lower house of the US Legislature, the House of Representatives. This is the second time in the history of the United States. Trump has been indicted on charges of inciting an attack on the US Congress building. The British media BBC reported this news in a report on Thursday.

Democrat-dominated House of Representatives got 232 votes in favor of impeachment of Trump on Wednesday, local time, the report said. On the other hand, 197 votes were cast against. Of those, 10 Republicans voted in favor of impeachment of Trump. Meanwhile, there will be no session in the Senate before Trump's departure. As a result, even if Trump is impeached in the Senate, he will leave on time, on January 20.

But if trump convicted in the Senate, Trump will never be able to stand in the US election again. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, "The US President has instigated this violence, this armed attack against our country. He must leave. He is clearly dangerous to our state at the present time, the state we love."

Democratic congressman Julian Castro has called Trump the most dangerous man. Democrats filed an impeachment motion in the House of Representatives on Monday, alleging that Donald Trump was behind the unprecedented January 6 attack on the US Congress. Several Republicans also defended the impeachment.

Earlier, in 2019, an impeachment motion was passed in the lower house to remove Trump. However, the decision of the upper house Senate made it futile. According to the US Constitution, the President will be impeached if majority of the members of the House voted against him. But to oust the president from the White House requires the support of two-thirds of the members of the Senate. It remains to be seen whether Trump will now be convicted in the Senate. Although not openly speaking in favor of Trump's impeachment, several senators are supporting his resignation or removal.

However, to convict Trump in the Senate, the Democratic Party must get the votes of 17 Republican senators. Trump supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6, the day of Joe Biden's victory in Congress. Five people, including a policeman, were killed in the incident. 68 people were arrested that day. Several more were later arrested.
