Kabir Sumon admitted to hospital with shortness of breath

Musician Kabir Sumon has been admitted to IPGME&R and SSKM Hospital Kolkata ( PG Hospital ) with sore throat, shortness of breath and fever. He was admitted to the hospital on Monday, June 28 in the  morning. Sumon is admitted in cabin number 103 of Woodburn ward of SSKM.

According to hospital sources, Sumon's oxygen level was 90 at the time of admission. The artist has to be given oxygen at the moment. Other drugs are also running. Sumon's Covid-19 has also been tested. However, the report has not come yet. The 72-year-old artist will undergo X-rays, scans and blood tests on his chest.

Former Trinamool MP Kabir Sumon has been suffering from fever for the last few days. There was also a cold and severe sore throat. But on Sunday night he was brought to the hospital due to sudden respiratory problems.
