Malala Yousafzai, a Pakistani organizer who was attacked by the Taliban for campaigning for women's education, became the cover girl of Vogue magazine.

Malala, a 23-year-old graduate of Oxford University, spoke to this magazine about her life, her studies, her activism on Twitter and her partnership with Apple TV Plus as a producer.

Malala Yousafzai is the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 17.

She also talks about friendship with teenage organizers such as Greta Thunberg and Emma Gonzalez.

"'I know the power that a young girl carries in her heart," she said.

Malala was photographed by Nick Knight for the magazine. She is wearing a bright red dress and scarf designed by Stella McCartney. In another photo, she is dressed in a red dress and linen trousers, designed by Gabriela Hearst of Uruguay. There is a blue veil.

In an interview, Malala described the veil as a "cultural symbol of the Pakhtuns."

Malala Yousafzai also said that she felt "overwhelmed and honored".

"Hopefully, by seeing her on the cover, the girls will know that they too can change the world," she added.
