After a long nine-day break, the parliament resumed its session on Monday, June 28. The meeting has started chaired by the Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at 11 o'clock. Earlier, the parliament meeting was adjourned on June 17. At the beginning of today's meeting, questions and answers were raised at the table.

The final discussion of the main budget and the budget will be passed on June 29. The original budget pass and specification bill will be passed on Wednesday, June 30, the question and answer session on July 1, the private bill will be raised, the government bill will be passed and the session will end. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will address the gathering. Top opposition leaders also spoke.

On June 03, the day after the session began, another unofficial budget was raised in Parliament due to the epidemic. Not even all the MPOs could go to Parliament. Only 170 MPs were present there. This arrangement is to maintain social distance for corona. And all the ministers-MPs had to enter the parliament following strict health rules. Corona negative certificate has to be shown. On the same day, Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal presented a budget of Tk 6 lakh 3 thousand 681 crore. The budget for the new financial year is 35 thousand 681 crore more than the previous financial year.
