Plastic Factory caught fire in Old Dhaka

A fire broke out at a plastic factory in the capital's Old Dhaka. Seven units of the fire service are working to put out the fire.

Fire Service Media Wing Officer Shahjahan Sikder confirmed the information. The fire service received the news of the fire in the tin-shed factory at around 12:06 pm on Friday, April 15.

Upon receiving the news, the first unit of the fire service reached the spot at 12:15 pm and started extinguishing the fire. The fire service could not immediately be reached for comment.

In addition, no immediate information was available about the damage caused to the factory by the fire.
