Roman-Nasrin won the Gold medal

Earlier, two archers of Bangladesh Roman Sana and Nasreen Akhter had reached the final.

Bangladesh was getting the favorable luck of winning either gold or silver in the mixed event.

Roman Sana-Nasrin's pair won gold by defeating India.

Bangladesh defeated India 5-3 in the final of the mixed team event at the Asia Cup Archery Stage-1 in Thailand today.

Roman Sana failed to reach the final in his own recurve and men's recurve however provided the country a taste of gold in the mixed division.
