Smuggling 'Ice' and Yaba with pickles, arrest 1
According to the RAB, a drug dealer was arrested along with one kg of crystal meth (ice) and five thousand pieces of Yaba while smuggling drugs in a pickle jar. The market value of the recovered drugs is more than five crore taka, said RAB.
The drug dealer named Jahidul Alam (25) was arrested in a raid at Kadamtali in the capital on Monday.
In a press release sent from RAB-10, RAB said that based on the intelligence information, it is known that a drug dealer is staying in a pickle jar to sell crystal meth (ice) and Yaba.
The drug dealer was arrested during the operation.
Preliminary interrogation revealed that the arrested person was a professional drug dealer.
He supplies crystal meth (ice) and Yaba from Teknaf in Cox's Bazar to different parts of the country at different times. A case has been filed against him at Kadamtali police station.
