Storm-rain more likely to occur in Two Divisions

There is a possibility of storm-rain in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions. Saturday, April 18 Bangladesh Meteorological Department meteorologist Shahinul Islam said.
He also said there would be thunderstorms in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and some parts of Jessore and Kushtia regions. However, there will be more storm-rain in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.
Apart from this, in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Chattogram divisions, there may be temporary or strong thunderstorms and rain and also scattered hailstorms in some parts of the country.
Meteorologists said day and night temperatures across the country will remain almost unchanged. Mild to moderate heat waves are prevailing over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions including Dinajpur, Tangail and Faridpur regions, which may continue.

According to the weather forecast, the highest temperature recorded was 41.2° Celsius in Rajshahi. The lowest temperature in Sylhet was 20° Celsius.
Besides, the wind speed in Dhaka will be 40-50km/h. The Meteorological Department also said that there will be no significant change in the weather in the next three days.
He also said there would be thunderstorms in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and some parts of Jessore and Kushtia regions. However, there will be more storm-rain in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.
