Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has warned BNP leaders and activists that the consequences of chanting slogans and insulting Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would be dire.

He gave such a warning during a briefing for Bangladesh National Party leaders at his official residence on Sunday morning, May 29th.

Obaidul Quader said, "Let the tools of August 15 roar once again" - such slogans of the BNP leaders have once again clarified the identity of their murderous character. If they do not stop these slogans, the consequences will be very terrible.

He said that besides chanting slogans in inaudible language, various BNP leaders and activists were also hurling insults at Bangabandhu's family and the Prime Minister. The people will be protested against it.
