HC forms board to assess Evaly
The High Court (HC) has formed a five-member board to conduct e-commerce company Evaly Limited. The five-member board is headed by former Justice Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik.
The company bench headed by Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order on Monday, October 18 in the morning.
At the same time, the court was also directed to find out where the money of Evaly is and the culprits behind the condition of the company.
It has also been directed to hold a board meeting and submit a report within a month.
