Train service
Train service between Dhaka and North Bengal has become normal. After about an hour and a half, the train service started resuming with Dhaka.

The engine of the Syedpur-bound Nilsagar Express train broke down between 12 noon on Saturday, January 1 at a high-tech park in Kaliakair and Mirzapur station in Tangail.

As a result, train service from Gazipur to the west was stopped. Later, with the help of the engine of Panchagarh-bound Ekta Express waiting at Mouchak station, the train was taken to Kaliakair Hitech Park station. Although the train service is normal, the passengers of the train have fallen into extreme suffering.

The master of Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City Railway Station said that the Chilahati Express train, which left Dhaka in the morning, crossed Gazipur district and entered Tangail district at around 12 o'clock.

The train communication with Dhaka in the north-western region was cut off due to engine failure.

Later at around 1 pm another engine was inserted and brought to Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City Railway Station. However, even though it was brought to the station, the passengers of the train fell into extreme suffering as the engine was not repaired.
