Uganda restaurant blast
An explosion at a popular restaurant near the Ugandan capital, Kampala. Two were killed and several others were injured. The blast occurred at Digida Eating Point in the Komamboga area.

The country's police spokesman, Fred Inanga, said in a statement that the area had been cordoned off since the blast. A special joint team including members of the Bomb Squad is collecting information.

It is being investigated whether any international organization is involved in this incident. We call on the general people to remain calm. We need to find out how this explosion happened.

Earlier, on June 12, 2010, when the people of Kampala were watching the World Cup final, terrorists carried out a bomb attack. It killed 74 people. In addition, many more were injured.
